The "who" of your website and print collateral: staff profiles & photos requests
The Profile highlights the owner(s)/principal(s) - or a roster of staff, especially those who are in direct contact with customers/clients. By the time you receive this request for information, we will have already discussed/decided who to include.
It is Easy. I make it easy on purpose because I know you are busy. This is some of THE MOST important information you provide me, and it is a CORE component of your website.
Please provide bulleted information (rough notes are fine) for the Profile page. I will create complete copy based on your rough submissions. Don’t even be concerned about the order outlined below.
EMAIL the following requests below to: isacann [at] gmail [dot] com and put Profile Info in the subject line please:
1. Your name exactly as you want it published, including degree(s) and other titles when applicable (e.g., DDS, Ph.D., Jr, etc.)
2. Formal Education, include the following degrees and where they were earned, if applicable; e.g., MBA; marketing concentration, UMass Lowell
3. Other relative training; both that relates directly to the product and/or services of your organization, and that which identifies leadership, organizing ability and project management skills

The link at the bottom provides an example of text that makes my veterinarian accessible and "human" to website visitors. Though the formatting of their website is a bit rough, the profiles and accompanying photos are informative, entertaining and "real". They provide the website visitor a view into the humans behind the digital data on their website. If we request an informal profile, this is the kind of text we're looking for please: http://www.amesburyah.com/site/view/112933_OurDoctors.pml
