The first 1/2 hour to 45 minutes meeting exploring your marketing (including website discussion) and communications needs is free of charge. Phone meetings are recognized by us as meetings. All subsequent work, including research and design, require a non-refundable deposit before work ensues. A committed start date on our part is applied when the deposit is cleared.
Scheduling notice: Currently research and design work begins 2-6 weeks after accepting the deposit. Please ask for scheduling information as it pertains to your particular project.
